The MLX92221 is the second generation factory programmable Hall-effect latch designed in mixed signal submicron CMOS technology.

The device integrates a voltage regulator, Hall sensor with advanced offset cancellation system, programmable digital logic and a current sink-configured output driver, all in a single package.

The MLX92221 is a factory programmable device, featuring a wide variety of parameters which can be configured according to target values determined through applications engineering development:
