Conflict Minerals

Our Company (including all Subsidiaries and Affiliated Companies hereafter) declares that our deliverables do not contain any conflict minerals (gold, tantalum, tungsten, and tin) mining from Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and its adjoining countries, defined in the Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and its affiliated laws or regulations.

Committing to operating in a socially and environmentally responsible manner in all areas of our business, our company will proactively undertake due diligence and continuous monitoring of our supply chain to avoid direct or indirect procurement of conflict minerals.
