Your future job

As Production Team Lead, you will lead a Team of Operators in production zone/s for recruitment, onboarding, planning, development and organization to achieve maximum efficiency in line with the company strategy and our quality standards. 


More specifically, you will focus on four main areas:

         People related: 

• Ensure we get the right people on board and their smooth development.

• Follow up with your Team that procedures and work instructions are applied, to guarantee quality, yield, and efficiency within production process steps.

• Guide, support, and coach your Team members, to engage them and maintain the right motivation and environment. 
  
  

  Process related:
  
  

• Oversee operators’ activities, to ensure effective shopfloor management.

• Strictly monitor all production processes in the zone for any deviations, in order to prevent any manufacturing impact.

• Follow up on the Production KPI’s.

• Actively communicate with all teams in shift and the rest of the departments (on local and global level).

• Involvement in quality and productivity improvement actions.
• Involvement in initiatives contributing to effectively running the production area in a rapidly changing environment.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree (in People Management and Engineering field is considered as an advantage)

• Previous experience in leading Teams (if in production area is considered as an advantage)

• Willingness to join a dynamic environment 

• Strong interest to gather knowledge in technical aspects 

• Desire to build and constantly develop the team 

• Respect the customer needs

• Strong communication and decision making skills

• Good computer literacy 

• Independent English user

• Willingness to work on 8h shifts (First, Second and Night shift)
