More specifically, you will:

• Lead and guide technical personnel to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.

• Ensure compliance with established quality standards and address any deviations promptly.

• Oversee the coordination of technical tasks, setting team priorities and following up on progress.

• Manage the shift-change process, ensuring technical issues are communicated to the next shift.

• Prepare and present technical reports in morning meetings, detailing equipment downtimes and zone performance.

• Lead escalations and collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for personnel, including certification and competency assessments.

• Participate in improvement projects aimed at enhancing production efficiency and team performance.

Your profile

• Advanced knowledge in electronics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems, with a strong technical background.

• Proven leadership experience in a technical or manufacturing environment, with a focus on coaching and developing teams.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage escalations effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks and collaborate across departments.

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor and improve production performance.

• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
