Embark on a dynamic career as an Account Manager at Melexis, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the sales strategy for your designated customer base. As a member of our team, you will contribute to the growth and success of the company through your strategic approach to business and relationship development with our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and managing business opportunities within existing direct  Accounts as well as potential new customers in your region.
  • Keeping a close eye on open opportunities, both technically and commercially, and determining the necessary actions or resources needed to advance the sales process.
  • Building and expanding relationships with key decision makers and influencers within customer organizations.
  • Tracking successfully acquired opportunities to support budgeting and forecasting exercises and proactively assisting other departments during solution implementation and follow ups.
  • Driving negotiation processes for various agreements with the customers, e.g. yearly pricing agreements or contract implementations.
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry in CRM tools and analyzing and maintaining relevant KPIs for your assigned customers.


Your profile

  • An engineering degree, preferably in electronics.
  • More than 7 years of relevant business experience, ideally in technical sales within the automotive electronics or semiconductor industry.
  • The ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of customer management.
  • Proven expertise in commercial negotiations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and German.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
