As a Shipping Scheduler (f/m/d) for Shipping, Import, and Export, your responsibilities will include:

• Defining, communicating, and monitoring the weekly schedule for incoming and outgoing shipments of production and non-production goods

• Identifying and tracking deviations from the plan and resolving scheduling issues

• Organizing transport and customs matters: selecting suitable parcel and transport service providers, registering customs shipments in ATLAS, monitoring performance, transit times, and costs, as well as verifying invoices both factually and from an accounting perspective

• Communicating with relevant authorities regarding permits, import and export licenses, tax and customs procedures, trade statistics, and regulatory updates

• Initiating and implementing measures to review inventory and proposing improvements

Your profile

• Experience in planning inbound and outbound shipments and warehouse management

• Completed training as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk or equivalent qualification

• Interest in further training and hands-on operational work

• Excellent German skills and good proficiency in English, both spoken and written
