We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our customer quality team at our site in Erfurt as soon as possible.

Your main tasks will include:

• Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry and organizing initial steps for the customer return process

• Assist with report generation

• Support data preparation and review

• Conduct basic customer communication

Your profile

• Enrolled student in a university program (Engineering/Sciences, Business Administration, Logistics, or similar)

• Interest in electronics or physics

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Familiarity with Google Slides and Google Sheets

• Strong German and English skills, both written and spoken
