Why STEM?

Each of the four STEM domains are indispensable for today’s and tomorrow’s world. Its real strength, however, lies in where these domains meet, in how they complement and reinforce one another. And, of course, in the cross pollination with the other (social) sciences and domains.

STEM concerns everyone, because it looks for answers to societal challenges: from energy to health and food security, from sustainable mobility to refining a care robot.
