Melexis Sheds Light on Robotics and Mobility Technology at electronica 2024

Taking place between 12 and 15 November 2024, Melexis will display their capabilities empowering engineers to support the best imaginable future:
Robotics: Visitors to the Melexis booth will be among the first to see the MLX90384, the introductory product in Melexis’ innovative new Arcminaxis range. The MLX90384 is a high-resolution magnetic 2D rotary encoder specifically designed to provide cost-effective but highly precise encoder for the unique needs of robotic joints. In addition, Melexis will preview the MLX90382 high-speed encoder. Melexis’ current robotic sensor tech, combined with these new and upcoming products, promises to revolutionize precision and efficiency and enable smarter and more responsive robots and cobots.
Automotive: In automotive lighting, Melexis will demonstrate the LIN RGB LED drivers for automotive ambient lighting with the MLX81123 and MLX81124, which introduce new variants for one of its most prominent automotive lighting drivers. Melexis will also showcase their solution for smart, high-speed automotive lighting animation MeLiBu®.
Especially supporting EV thermal management, Melexis will also demonstrate the MLX90830 and MLX90834 MEMS pressure sensors, utilizing Melexis patented TriphibianTM technology. Applicable to a variety of automotive and demanding industrial settings, the TriphibianTM portfolio provides the unprecedented measurement of gas and liquid media from 2 to 70 bar.
Alternative Mobility: Melexis sensors can be applied to a wide range of alternative mobility applications, including e-bikes, electric forklifts and automated guide vehicles (AGVs), drones, off-road and agricultural vehicles, etc. At electronica, Melexis will showcase a collection of sensors designed to elevate safety, efficiency, and the overall user experience, whether it's for transporting goods within a warehouse, agricultural harvesting, or even enjoying a leisurely bicycle ride with friends.
