Declaration of Substance Non-Use for Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)

The Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) was amended in December 2020 to reduce exposure to five chemicals that it determined to be persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic (PBT).

Melexis declares that the 5 PBT chemicals affected by the aforementioned amendment are not present within its products.
